So for the past week or so I've realized cpu usage 99 percent windows 10 free games I've been frde have been stuttering occasionally. The task that is most demanding at any given time usually uses a majority of my CPU, regardless of how minuscule the task is. I have a relatively decent CPU that should be able to vpu fairly well and this issue has never cpu usage 99 percent windows 10 free in the past 6 months I've had this PC.

It does not interrupt singular tasks as much as it interrupts me trying cph multitask. Additionally, it is not one singular program or set of programs using a majority of my CPU, rather it is whatever processes are currently open.

I have run multiple virus checks and nothing has turned up, I have checked my hardware there seem to be no deficiencies and clean my PC regularly. Was this reply helpful?
